About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage HESI testing operations — order exams through Elsevier and ensure timely transfer to ProctorU for auditing
Support learner accommodations — work closely with the 504 Coordinator to ensure testing accommodations are in place and accounted for
Monitor and review Honorlock exam violations weekly and communicate any flagged concerns to the evaluation team
Serve as a communication bridge between the Innovations division and appropriate stakeholders for changes impacting curriculum delivery
Categorize and route course concerns so issues are addressed promptly and by the right people
Test and provide feedback on SOPs to ensure accuracy, effectiveness, and continuous improvement
Respond to learner inquiries in shared mailboxes with professionalism and care
Contribute to special projects and provide general support to the curriculum delivery team as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS) — Canvas preferred
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint
Experience in learner/student-facing roles or support environments
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (preferred)
One or more years of experience in higher education (preferred)
Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment (preferred)
