Recruiting Intern – Part-time
Nightingale Education GroupRecruiting Intern assisting the talent acquisition team with candidate sourcing and screening processes in a remote capacity. Facilitating collaboration and communication across various channels and teams.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborates with talent acquisition team members on current and future hiring needs
- Attracts candidates using sourcing tools such as Indeed and/or LinkedIn
- Screens prospective candidates and sets up interviews
- Provides sourcing support to talent acquisition team members
- Participates in intake meetings as needed
- Handles requisition(s) to provide temporary support to other recruiters
- Balances sourcing and other talent acquisition projects
- Reviews and screens candidates prior to submitting for further review
- Schedules screens and interviews
- Extends job offers via the applicant tracking system
- Provides weekly updates regarding active requisitions
- Ensures professional communication and timely follow-through
- Utilizes Indeed, LinkedIn, and/or other sourcing tools to develop and manage sourcing efforts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Working towards a Bachelor’s degree
- Experience working with MS Office
- 1-2 years of customer service experience is required.
