About the role
- Analyze and redesign alumni-facing processes (data collection, career services intake, employer matching, mentorship) to support career mobility and credential advancement.
- Develop and implement scalable, repeatable systems aligned with long-term strategic goals.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver workforce-aligned alumni programs and services; collaborate with leadership to prioritize initiatives.
- Track initiative progress using KPIs and report findings and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Lead alumni journey mapping and build engagement mechanisms (focus groups, coaching cohorts, employer advisory boards).
- Serve as liaison with career services, workforce partners, and employer engagement teams.
- Partner with IT and data analytics to identify, implement, and optimize tools (CRM, analytics) for alumni workforce advancement.
- Work with faculty, career services, marketing, and employer relations on upskilling pipelines, mentorship, and relocation support programs.
- Establish metrics, produce dashboards and insights to support strategic decision-making and grant reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years in project management, alumni engagement, workforce development, or higher education strategy
- Demonstrated success improving business processes or program effectiveness
- Strong data literacy and comfort working with dashboards, CRMs, or process automation tools
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing change across departments
- Preferred: Masters degree (MBA)
- Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Lean Six Sigma certification
- Preferred: Experience working in health education or nursing education
- Required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah (employer will pay travel and lodging)
