About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all active partner relationships after onboarding begins.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key partner stakeholders.
- Ensure expectations of partner commitments, milestones, and deliverables are clearly set.
- Maintain transparent and consistent reporting and communication with the Director regarding key developments, challenges, and partner feedback.
- Collaborate with the Director, Solutions to manage the transition from sales to active partnership, ensuring a smooth handoff and clear alignment on expectations.
- Coordinate with the Director, Solutions on internal resources to deliver successful program implementation and launch.
- Oversee partnership implementation schedules, meeting coordination, and follow-up tasks.
- Maintain detailed records in CRM systems and project management tools to ensure data accuracy and accountability.
- Track and report on partnership health metrics, engagement levels, and fulfillment of service agreements.
- Prepare and distribute partner reports and internal summaries for performance monitoring.
- Manage administrative and documentation needs for renewals, billing coordination, and compliance.
- Proactively manage renewals, ensuring high retention rates and timely contract completion.
- Identify risks to renewal or satisfaction early and develop action plans to address them.
- Monitor account performance to identify and surface potential renewal and upsell opportunities.
- Support the RAM in renewal strategy, data collection, and preparation of supporting materials.
- Recommend process improvements based on partner feedback, insights, and operational outcomes.
- Partner with the Regional Account Manager (RAM) to identify and pursue upsell or expansion opportunities as appropriate.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Partner success, account coordination, or project management, ideally in healthcare, education, or B2B services.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple accounts or projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and analyze partner performance metrics.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
