About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Owns complex, cross-functional global marketing programs from end to end.
  • Manages roadmaps, resource allocation, and a unified master schedule that connects all team dependencies.
  • Establishes KPIs and delivers data-driven insights.
  • Drives continuous improvement, designs standardized marketing workflows (milestones, approval gates).
  • Serves as the primary bridge between senior leadership and tactical teams.
  • Applies deep marketing operations expertise to solve technical problems, anticipate bottlenecks, and proactively implement risk-mitigation strategies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10–15 years in Marketing Program Management/Operations or TPM handling global campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or Human-Centered Design certification strongly preferred.
  • Mandatory native/professional English.
  • Highly proficient in Jira, Smartsheet, Google Suite, Looker Studio, Salesforce, and GA4.
