About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Owns complex, cross-functional global marketing programs from end to end.
- Manages roadmaps, resource allocation, and a unified master schedule that connects all team dependencies.
- Establishes KPIs and delivers data-driven insights.
- Drives continuous improvement, designs standardized marketing workflows (milestones, approval gates).
- Serves as the primary bridge between senior leadership and tactical teams.
- Applies deep marketing operations expertise to solve technical problems, anticipate bottlenecks, and proactively implement risk-mitigation strategies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10–15 years in Marketing Program Management/Operations or TPM handling global campaigns
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or Human-Centered Design certification strongly preferred.
- Mandatory native/professional English.
- Highly proficient in Jira, Smartsheet, Google Suite, Looker Studio, Salesforce, and GA4.
