Administrative Coordinator – Marketing Operations

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage five critical operational domains for our Leadership team: business travel, expense management, purchase orders, team onboarding/offboarding, and team logistics.
- Coordinate travel bookings and itineraries for the Marketing team.
- Process expense reports and reconcile corporate credit cards (P-cards) via Concur, ensuring strict compliance with company policies.
- Initiate and track Purchase Orders (POs) through internal workflows and manage vendor contracts.
- Coordinate onboarding/offboarding logistics, including IT provisioning and systems access (SAP, Workday, Google Workspace).
- Plan and execute large cross-functional events and offsites.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years in corporate operations, team coordination, or administration supporting multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient with Google Workspace, SAP (procurement), Concur (expenses), Workday (HRIS), and quick to learn new enterprise tools.
