Requirements

What you’ll need

8-12 years with team management background
Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
Applies in-depth understanding of the business dynamics of own department/district
Identifies and resolves complex multi-dimensional business problems
Manages multiple related teams, sets organizational priorities and allocates resources; executes department business plans
Influences others internally and externally, including senior division executives, vendors or regulators
Requires a comprehensive understanding of internal and industry standards and principles
Impacts the business results of a department by setting priorities, allocating resources, and developing policies and plans.
