About the role
- Own and execute the sales strategy for the Financial Services vertical
- Manage key accounts and full-cycle enterprise deals from prospecting to close
- Recruit, onboard, and coach a high-performing team of Account Executives
- Build and expand relationships with CMOs, Heads of Media, and Digital/Analytics leaders
- Lead cross-functional engagement with agency, product, solution consulting, and marketing teams
- Manage forecasting and pipeline using Salesforce and tools such as SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Track and communicate progress against goals and KPIs and influence internal stakeholders with data-driven updates
- Act as the voice of the Financial Services client within Nielsen and share market feedback to shape strategy and product roadmaps
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in data, measurement, SaaS, or media/advertising solutions
- at least 3+ years selling into Financial Services accounts
- at least 2+ years managing a team
- existing network and deep understanding of the banking, insurance, and/or wealth management ecosystem
- proven player-coach with hands-on sales experience
- consistently exceeded quota in high-value sales environments
- ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- consultative sales approach using insights and storytelling to influence senior stakeholders
- adept at using Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Navigator and ZoomInfo
