About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and support the delivery of critical Audience Measurement commercial programs with global impact, driving the strategy execution of deliverables.
- Support development of discount and commitment strategies globally, implementing next generation commercial policies to drive positive customer engagement and behavior.
- Collaborate with senior leadership across Sales, Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to obtain actionable insights that can be used to optimize commercial program design, implementation, and enforcement.
- Design measurement and reporting to track adherence to, and performance of, commercial programs to ensure financial goals are met.
- Implement best in class project management practices to manage against tight deadlines, varying stakeholders, and high visibility deliverables.
- Act as an expert across commercial programs and Nielsen’s product suite, anticipating business challenges and opportunity areas.
- Model and analyze commercial offerings and deal structures against GTM, product, and financial strategies, driving optimization of discount and incentive programs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of work experience with relevant experience in commercial transformation, discount and incentive strategy execution, or relevant analyst positions.
- Strong analytical and data storytelling skills, with deep experience in deciphering telemetry data to understand the root cause of commercial impact.
- Proficiency in using data analytics software (Excel, Sheets, Tableau), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Configure Price Quote (CPQ), and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment requiring a flexible work schedule (end of quarter, peak sales activity support needs).
- Excellent stakeholder management toolkit with ability to effectively influence cross-functionally to drive team performance.
