About the role

  • Monitor and optimize IAM systems to ensure the absolute integrity of user credentials and access rights
  • Identify and solve complex security problems using a broad, innovative perspective that goes beyond "standard" fixes
  • Interpret internal and external business issues to recommend and implement industry-leading security practices
  • Lead teams or projects with moderate resource requirements and complexity, ensuring alignment with department objectives
  • Communicate high-level technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, successfully anticipating objections and building consensus for new security initiatives.

Requirements

  • Specialized depth in cybersecurity architecture
  • Extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Familiarity with Okta is a significant advantage
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM) protocols and tools
  • Ability to use advanced diagnostic tools and expert judgment to identify and mitigate risks
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex technical jargon into actionable business insights.
