About the role
- Collect, analyze, and interpret workforce data, including headcount, turnover, demographics, and skills inventories
- Develop and present comprehensive reports and dashboards to inform decision-making
- Utilize various methodologies to forecast future workforce demand based on business objectives, market trends, and organizational growth plans
- Lead or support the development and implementation of workforce planning initiatives, including scenario planning, organizational design, and workforce optimization projects
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners, department managers, and senior leadership to understand business needs and translate them into workforce plans
- Provide expert advice and guidance on workforce planning best practices
- Leverage HRIS and workforce planning software to enhance data accuracy, reporting capabilities, and forecasting models
- Contribute to the development and refinement of workforce planning policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements in workforce planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field
- Master's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in HR, with a specific focus on workforce planning, HR analytics, or strategic HR
- Proven ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAC, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Experience with workforce planning software is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of labor market trends and HR best practices.
