About the role

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret workforce data, including headcount, turnover, demographics, and skills inventories
  • Develop and present comprehensive reports and dashboards to inform decision-making
  • Utilize various methodologies to forecast future workforce demand based on business objectives, market trends, and organizational growth plans
  • Lead or support the development and implementation of workforce planning initiatives, including scenario planning, organizational design, and workforce optimization projects
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners, department managers, and senior leadership to understand business needs and translate them into workforce plans
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on workforce planning best practices
  • Leverage HRIS and workforce planning software to enhance data accuracy, reporting capabilities, and forecasting models
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of workforce planning policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements in workforce planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, with a specific focus on workforce planning, HR analytics, or strategic HR
  • Proven ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAC, SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Experience with workforce planning software is a plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of labor market trends and HR best practices.
