About the role

  • Analyze and evaluate deals, ensuring adherence to commercial guidelines
  • Analyze deal structures, pricing models and discounting strategies to assess financial impact and profitability
  • Develop and maintain deal desk policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and adherence across the commercial org
  • Identify potential risks, issues and inconsistencies in deals and provide recommendations for resolution
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, legal and other cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure deal accuracy
  • Provide training and guidance to the sales team on deal desk policies, processes and tools

Requirements

  • 3+ years of work experience with relevant experience in deal desk roles / financial analyst roles
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and deal structures
  • Proficiency in using SalesForce systems, contract management tools, and data analytics software
  • Excellent stakeholder management and people management toolkit to drive team performance
  • Willingness to travel
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
  • Excellent english communication skills
