About the role
- Analyze and evaluate deals, ensuring adherence to commercial guidelines
- Analyze deal structures, pricing models and discounting strategies to assess financial impact and profitability
- Develop and maintain deal desk policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and adherence across the commercial org
- Identify potential risks, issues and inconsistencies in deals and provide recommendations for resolution
- Collaborate with sales, finance, legal and other cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure deal accuracy
- Provide training and guidance to the sales team on deal desk policies, processes and tools
Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience with relevant experience in deal desk roles / financial analyst roles
- Strong understanding of sales processes and deal structures
- Proficiency in using SalesForce systems, contract management tools, and data analytics software
- Excellent stakeholder management and people management toolkit to drive team performance
- Willingness to travel
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Excellent english communication skills
