About the role
- Own the commercial strategy for your assigned vertical, developing and executing plans to grow and enhance the Nielsen/Google partnership.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets for your book of business.
- Collaborate with internal teams including product development, data science, marketing, and legal to align commercial efforts with company objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, acting as a trusted advisor to build strong, lasting partnerships with clients at all levels, including executives.
- Maintain deep expertise on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform future growth and innovation strategies.
- Manage sales performance by accurately forecasting, tracking progress, and providing regular updates to leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in media, data, or analytics, with a history of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and a demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with both short and long sales cycles.
- In-depth knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem and a passion for staying on the cutting edge of digital innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is a plus.
- A self-motivated and highly productive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Must possess the ability to build trust with clients at all levels and effectively collaborate across multiple time zones.
