Territory Sales Manager – Flexible Food Packaging
NiederwieserSales Champion for packaging solutions in Central France with Niederwieser Group, focusing on B2B sales and customer engagement in the food packaging industry.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Achieve short-, medium- and long-term sales targets for plastic packaging solutions within your sales territory (Northwest France).
- Proactively acquire new customers and manage existing accounts to maintain and grow business relationships.
- Develop annual plans, manage budgets, and analyze market and customer data to support strategic decision-making.
- Use the CRM system for visit reports, customer care, and to document all sales activities.
- Gather customer feedback and generate ideas for new sales channels and product portfolio development.
- Handle complaints in coordination with the Quality Management (QM) department and monitor competitor activity and price trends.
- Negotiate special prices and terms in consultation with sales management.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B sales; experience in the packaging industry, particularly plastic food packaging, is highly desirable.
- Target-driven, enthusiastic, and persuasive with strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in French and professionally proficient in English; Italian is a plus.
- Mobile and willing to travel within your region; possession of a valid Class B driver’s license.
- Strong alignment with our brand and products (plastic packaging solutions) and the ability to convey that passion to customers.
