About the role
- Responsible for achieving sales targets in Northern Germany.
- Advise customers and develop tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Actively acquire large, mid-sized and small accounts.
- Monitor the market and conduct competitive analyses.
- Use the CRM system as a strategic tool.
- Collect customer feedback and develop new sales channels.
- Handle complaints in coordination with the Quality Management (QM) department.
- Negotiate special pricing and contract terms.
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a university degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Ideally experience in the packaging industry (not a requirement).
- Goal-oriented and persuasive.
- Confident communication in German (fluent) and preferably also English.
- Mobile, willing to travel and in possession of a Class B driver's license.
