About the role

  • Responsible for achieving sales targets in Northern Germany.
  • Advise customers and develop tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Actively acquire large, mid-sized and small accounts.
  • Monitor the market and conduct competitive analyses.
  • Use the CRM system as a strategic tool.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a university degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Ideally experience in the packaging industry (not a requirement).
  • Goal-oriented and persuasive.
  • Confident communication in German (fluent) and preferably also English.
  • Mobile, willing to travel and in possession of a Class B driver's license.
