Regional Sales Administrator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Interface directly with the Inside Sales Manager, Product Manager, Regional Sales Managers, customers and Nidec offshore to resolve issues
- Initiate, track and manage forecasts, orders & sample requests
- Coordinate matters directly involving customers within territory and distribution
- Support Regional Sales Managers and Applications Engineers in managing sales priorities and achieving sales goals
- Order entry, billing, customer forecast/planning management
- Monitor and track all shipments to ensure timely delivery and receipt
- Verify shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists
- Maintain accurate shipment records in the system and generate regular status reports
- Monitoring and timely resolution of overdue invoices
- Setting up new customers in SAP / Salesforce
- Daily and monthly sales reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant 4+ year work experience
- Strong business system and application experience particularly with SAP and Excel
- Knowledge of Google sheets and Microsoft Suite
- Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and process
- Comfortable working individually and collaborating with other functional teams
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and propose practical solutions
- Excellent communication skills, logical thinking, and accountability
- Willingness and flexibility to travel as required to support business operations
