About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support Regional Sales Managers and Applications Engineers in managing sales priorities and achieving sales goals
Order entry, billing, customer forecast/planning management
Monitor and track all shipments to ensure timely delivery and receipt
Verify shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists
Maintain accurate shipment records in the system and generate regular status reports
Monitoring and timely resolution of overdue invoices
Setting up new customers in SAP / Salesforce
Daily and monthly sales reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant 4+ year work experience
Strong business system and application experience particularly with SAP and Excel
Knowledge of Google sheets and Microsoft Suite
Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and process
Comfortable working individually and collaborating with other functional teams
Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and propose practical solutions
Excellent communication skills, logical thinking, and accountability
Willingness and flexibility to travel as required to support business operations
