About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for coordinating project management activities associated with development and production launch of products for motion control and industrial automation applications
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams through the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of new product development
  • Manage the project schedule, cost and risk to exceed customer expectations
  • Follow strict compliance to the phase-gate process
  • Develop project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements
  • Develop and manage project budget
  • Plan and schedule project timelines
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
  • Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
  • Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
  • Manage risks and issues and take corrective measurements
  • Interface with internal departments and outside suppliers/vendors regarding program control, management, and reporting
  • Successfully execute projects with proper resource allocation
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years' experience
  • Experience using MS Suite
  • Experience using project management tools such as MS project
  • Ability to manage multiple projects on a continuous basis with frequent interruptions
  • Must be confident in leading teams from other divisions such as engineering, operations, and procurement
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Required travel up to 10% both domestic and international
