About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Strategic and operational link between the sales team and headquarters
- Lead and inspire a 7-member team
- Support and coach the team in the field
- Foster constructive exchange among Sales Representatives
- Use Salesforce for analysis and reporting
- Develop the team and the sales territory
Requirements
What you’ll need- Some leadership experience in sales or field promotion environments
- Proven success in B2B field sales and sales development
- Expert in Salesforce
- Ability to motivate, assertiveness and empathy
- Driver's license and willingness to travel at least 80% of the time
- Strong solution orientation and hands-on mentality
- Excellent communication and verbal skills in German; good command of English. French or any additional language is a plus
