About the role
- Strategic and operational link between the sales team and headquarters
- Lead and inspire your 7-member team
- Accompany and coach your team in the field
- Promote constructive collaboration between sales representatives and central departments
- Use Salesforce for analysis and produce regular reports
- Develop your team and sales territory with passion and data-driven, innovative strategies
Requirements
- Some initial leadership experience in a sales or promotion environment
- Proven success in B2B field sales and distribution with clients in the retail or convenience store sectors
- Salesforce expert
- Ability to motivate, assertiveness, and empathy
- Strong self-organization
- Driver’s license and willingness to travel at least 80% of the time
- Strong solution orientation
- Excellent communication and written skills in German
- Good English skills; French or any additional language is a plus
