About the role
- Approach potential sales partners such as lottery shops, kiosks, or gas stations directly and win them as our new partners
- Train and activate our customer base so they can successfully get started with our products
- Build long-term, trusting relationships and independently manage your partner network
- Keep your sales territory active through targeted campaigns and continuous support
- Document your activities in the CRM system (Salesforce) and keep track of your results
Requirements
- Proven success in B2B field sales and account development with customers in retail or convenience store sectors
- Cold-calling experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Competitive, results-oriented mindset: you are willing to learn quickly, drive initiatives, and go the extra mile for yourself and your team
- Proactive, service-oriented approach with a focus on customer satisfaction and added value
- Flexibility, willingness to travel, and a valid driver’s license (Class B)
- Excellent written and verbal German; English and any additional languages are an advantage
