Requirements

  • Proven success in B2B field sales and account development with customers in retail or convenience store sectors
  • Cold-calling experience is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Competitive, results-oriented mindset: you are willing to learn quickly, drive initiatives, and go the extra mile for yourself and your team
  • Proactive, service-oriented approach with a focus on customer satisfaction and added value
  • Flexibility, willingness to travel, and a valid driver’s license (Class B)
  • Excellent written and verbal German; English and any additional languages are an advantage
