About the role
- Contribute to the oversight of operational risk management for NiCKEL Germany, including the data protection framework
- Actively participate in the identification and assessment of local risks
- Perform controls to monitor and mitigate operational risks
- Participate in cross-functional projects with the business units and other integrated functions (Legal and Compliance)
- Ensure compliance with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR)
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in the banking or payments industry with a background in control functions
- German and English required; French is a plus
- Team player
- Integrity and attention to detail
- Able to work independently
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Reliability
- General knowledge of the applicable regulatory framework
