About the role

  • Approach potential sales partners such as lottery shops, kiosks, and petrol stations directly and win them over as new partners
  • Train, onboard and activate our customer base so they can successfully start selling and using our products
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships and independently manage your partner network
  • Keep your sales territory active through targeted campaigns and continuous support
  • Document your activities in the CRM system (Salesforce) and monitor your results

Requirements

  • Proven success in B2B field sales and account acquisition with customers in the retail or convenience store sectors; experience in cold prospecting/cold calling is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Winning mentality: willing to learn quickly, drive initiatives forward, and go the extra mile for yourself and your team
  • Proactive, service-oriented working style with a focus on customer satisfaction and added value
  • Flexibility, willingness to travel, and a valid driving licence (Class B)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German; English and other foreign languages are an advantage
