About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take ownership of the strategic planning, implementation and optimization of Google Ads campaigns, including Search, AI Max, Shopping, Performance Max (PMax), Demand Gen and YouTube
Manage additional performance channels, including social ads, comparison-shopping platforms, Microsoft Ads and affiliate marketing
Analyze campaign data using Looker and Google Analytics 4 and make data-driven decisions
Proactively optimize processes and contribute new ideas
Independently prioritize and drive tasks while keeping multiple topics organized and in view
Set up campaigns, optimize processes and test new tools
Share knowledge within the team and support colleagues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on Google Ads
Strong expertise in Google Ads and experience with various campaign types and setups
Good knowledge of Google Merchant Center and experience with feed management
Basic technical understanding of tracking, pixels, cookies and Google Tag Manager
Completed education/training in e-commerce, digital business, marketing or a related field
Holistic understanding of e-commerce
Interest in the latest trends and tools, especially in the AI area
Hands-on mentality
Self-organization and a strong sense of personal responsibility
Excellent spoken and written English
