About the role
- Act as a strategic business partner in attracting, assessing and recommending talent, ensuring hires aligned with the organizational culture, the company’s strategic needs and guidelines.
- Manage end-to-end selection processes, from profile alignment to the final candidate recommendation;
- Act consultatively with the HR Coordinator, supporting the definition of profiles and evaluation criteria;
- Assess technical competencies, behavioral competencies and cultural fit using structured selection methodologies;
- Ensure quality, consistency and agility in recruitment processes, respecting deadlines and business expectations;
- Actively contribute to strategic hiring decisions by presenting analyses, risks and recommendations;
- Organize and track the vacancy pipeline, process statuses, reports and recruitment metrics;
- Propose continuous improvements to attraction and selection processes, focusing on efficiency and hire quality.
