Key responsibilities & impact

The Professional Services Engineer is a customer-facing, billable position.
Engage customers in a consultative capacity providing specialized expertise around NICE products.
Responsible for technical and business tasks including managing customer expectations and satisfaction.
Serve as a mentor and coach for junior staff.
Responsible for consultative performance in areas related to NICE solutions provisioning and implementation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS/BA in technical (e.g., CS/IS/EE) or business (e.g., Marketing/MIS) field or equivalent work experience required.
Completion of UK sovereignty clearance within onboarding timeline.
4+ years of professional experience beyond education requirements above.
