Own the customer lifecycle from initial implementation through long-term relationship management
Process renewals on time, including pricing in accordance with contractual requirements
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities; close smaller transactions and engage sales on larger deals
Assist customers with product usage and escalate issues to ensure high customer satisfaction
Act as the business leader and trusted advisor for assigned accounts, working with Sales and Technical Support
Maintain working knowledge of Actimize products/services, competitive product lines, and industry trends
Develop and present customized presentations quantifying product usage, benefits, opportunities, and next steps
Provide feedback to product management to drive product enhancements and innovation
Work with Implementation team to support smooth customer implementations and provide on-site assistance as directed
Measure success via tracking client retention and revenue growth
Follow company Code of Ethics and Actimize policies and procedures and communicate professionally with customers
Requirements
4+ years applicable experience in the CSM function
Working technical knowledge of fighting financial crimes software/design/functionality
Experience in managing the business aspects of mid-to-large size customers
Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment and meeting customer time constraints
Demonstrated experience working independently with little to no daily supervision
Competency negotiating and upselling products and services offerings
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technologies or Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience required
Demonstrated sales proficiency, primarily to an installed base of customers (preferred)
Experience/knowledge of AML or Fraud solutions (advantage)
