About the role
- Ensure exceptional client care standards are maintained
- Maintain regular meetings with the UK offices
- Prepare draft accounts from source documents or balanced computerised trial balance
- Undertake larger Limited company accounts with relevant support
- Clear routine queries with the client
- Prepare tax computation based on the draft accounts
- Finalise figures for the manager and prepare paperwork for client approval
- Deal with ad hoc client queries
- Prepare and submit quarterly VAT Returns for clients using bridging software
- Provide general support to both clients and directors
- Assist/support trainees with their queries and development
- Monitor time spent on jobs and achieve budgeted hours
Requirements
- Worked within an accountancy firm during training
- Experience with FRS102
- Experience with One Man Band companies
- Experience with Charities
- Proficiency in IRIS
- Proficiency in Sage
- Proficiency in Xero
- Proficiency in Xero Practice Manager
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Proficiency in FYI Docs
- Proficiency in MyWorkPapers
- Must be a Philippine citizen currently living in the Philippines
- Able to work mid shift (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM PH time)
