About the role
- Leads the global strategy for modernizing the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) ecosystem, ensuring systems align with partner needs and future business requirements.
- Drives the development and deployment of AI‑enabled partner transformation initiatives that improve partner experience, automation, insights, and efficiency.
- Oversees the full lifecycle of partner systems innovation including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, optimization, and long‑term roadmap planning.
- Collaborates with Product, Engineering, Data, and Partner Operations teams to ensure partner systems are integrated, scalable, and aligned with organizational strategy.
- Identifies system gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities to enhance workflows, data quality, partner engagement, and overall system usability.
- Evaluates new technologies, tools, and AI solutions to enhance partner management capabilities and support digital transformation.
- Translates partner and business requirements into detailed system functionality needs, ensuring high‑quality solution delivery.
- Provides ongoing insights and recommendations based on partner feedback, system analytics, and market trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Partners with readiness and enablement teams to ensure partners understand how to effectively use system tools and features.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partner operations, systems strategy, product management, or enterprise technology leadership.
- Experience managing CRM/PRM, partner portals, or partner‑facing digital ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of AI applications, automation, and data‑driven workflows in business systems.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional system initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business‑aligned strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience using data to inform decisions or identify system improvements.
- Experience gathering business requirements and working with technical teams to deliver system enhancements.
