About the role

  • Enable partners to design, build, and deliver AI Agents using the Cognigy platform
  • Support partner onboarding and ongoing technical readiness through structured enablement and certification paths
  • Deliver technical enablement sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs
  • Assist partners with JavaScript development, debugging, and flow-based logic
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Professional Services to align on technical standards and best practices

Requirements

  • Strong JavaScript coding and debugging skills
  • Experience working with APIs and integrations in real-world implementations
  • Practical experience using context variables and conversation logic within Cognigy
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • A genuine passion for enablement and helping partners succeed independently
