About the role
- Lead Event Logistics & On-Site Coordination: Own the end-to-end logistics for industry conferences, hosted events, and webinars—from registration and vendor management to run-of-show and attendee experience. Support both remote and on-site execution, solving issues in real-time to ensure flawless delivery.
- Drive Seamless Event Execution: Partner with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop and manage event briefs, contracts, timelines, and checklists. Coordinate across internal teams, speakers, vendors, and agency partners to ensure every detail is executed on time and on brand. Proactively communicate status updates and key milestones to stakeholders.
- Amplify Events Through Social Media: Support the creation of social media campaigns that promote events to customers, partners, and broader communities. Assist in the development of engaging posts, video snippets, digital carousels, and promotional assets that boost awareness and drive attendance.
- Collaborate for Pipeline Impact: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align event initiatives with lead generation goals. Ensure high-quality leads are captured, routed, and nurtured through coordinated efforts across the funnel.
- Contribute to Integrated Campaigns: Assist in planning and delivering multi-touch marketing campaigns that span email, website, paid media, social media, and direct mail—ensuring events are positioned as part of a cohesive marketing strategy.
- Analyze & Optimize Post-Event Performance: Conduct thorough post-event evaluations, gathering data and feedback to assess ROI, identify areas for improvement, and inform future event planning.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications or related field
- 2+ years in event marketing experience, preferably B2B and/or startups
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously, and stay within budget
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to the table
- Ability to analyze the success of events through data and metrics
- Experience with Salesforce, Monday.com and Linkedin (for businesses) a plus
- Willingness to travel when needed (up to twice a quarter)
