  • Drive scalable enablement across Sales, Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, and Partner ecosystem
  • Build and operationalize world-class programs that accelerate revenue, reduce ramp time, and ensure high-impact customer experiences

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in GTM enablement, partner enablement, or sales effectiveness within enterprise SaaS or AI-driven technology companies
  • Proven track record building scalable, global enablement programs tied to measurable business impact
  • Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience building partner certification and implementation readiness programs
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and operational skills
  • Experience with learning platforms, certification frameworks, and enablement technologies
