About the role
- Part of client services team concentrating mainly on compliance work for sole traders, partnerships and small limited companies
- Ensure exceptional client care standards are maintained
- Maintain regular meetings with the UK offices
- Prepare draft accounts for manager review from source documents or a balanced computerised trial balance
- Undertake larger limited company accounts with relevant support
- Clear routine queries with the client
- Prepare tax computations based on the draft accounts
- Finalise figures for the manager and prepare paperwork for client approval
- Deal with ad hoc client queries
- Prepare and submit quarterly VAT Returns for clients using bridging software
- Provide general support to both clients and directors
- Assist/support trainees with their queries and development
- Track time spent on jobs and achieve budgeted hours
Requirements
- You will have worked within and accountancy firm during your training
- Experience with FRS102
- Experience with One Man Band companies
- Experience with Charities
- Proficiency with IRIS
- Proficiency with Sage
- Proficiency with Xero
- Proficiency with Xero Practice Manager
- Proficiency with QuickBooks
- Proficiency with FYI Docs
- Proficiency with MyWorkPapers
- Ability to work mid shift (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM PH time)
- Must be a Philippine citizen currently living in the Philippines
