About the role
- Gather and interpret data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and relevance
- Conduct thorough analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business decisions
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Salesforce, CRMA (Salesforce Analytics Studio), Tableau, and Google Sheets
- Ensure visualizations are intuitive, accessible, and actionable for various business stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Global Sales Operations Manager to understand the specific data needs, then design customized visualizations that meet these requirements
- Ensure data is consistently clean, accurate, and properly structured for visualization
- Scrutinize data for inconsistencies, errors, or missing information leveraging various standard business reports and dashboards for validation
- Implement data validation techniques and work with data engineers or IT teams when necessary
