About the role

  • Responsible for consultative performance in all areas related to NICE solutions provisioning, implementation, and deployment of technical and business solutions to clients.
  • Manage customer expectations and satisfaction, configure NICE products, coordinate interdepartmental activities, and track time/status within NICE systems.
  • Act as a mentor and coach for junior staff and supervise project teams.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in technical or business field or equivalent work experience required. MBA preferred.
  • 6+ years of professional experience beyond education requirements
  • 3 - 5 years management experience, with specific specialization depending on the consultant's background.
  • Desired personal profile: analytical, inquisitive, service & team-oriented, friendly demeanor, early adopter.
