About the role
- Responsible for consultative performance in all areas related to NICE solutions provisioning, implementation, and deployment of technical and business solutions to clients.
- Manage customer expectations and satisfaction, configure NICE products, coordinate interdepartmental activities, and track time/status within NICE systems.
- Act as a mentor and coach for junior staff and supervise project teams.
Requirements
- BS/BA in technical or business field or equivalent work experience required. MBA preferred.
- 6+ years of professional experience beyond education requirements
- 3 - 5 years management experience, with specific specialization depending on the consultant's background.
- Desired personal profile: analytical, inquisitive, service & team-oriented, friendly demeanor, early adopter.
