About the role

  • Primary driver of sales for NICE AI solutions, owning the entire sales process from targeting to close and ensuring adoption and expansion post-implementation.
  • Manage entire sales process for NiCE AI solutions from targeting opportunities and engagement with decision makers through purchase order and implementation; coordinate engineering and support efforts.
  • Uncover and drive sales opportunities; nurture and grow assigned products from early-stage rollout to maturity.
  • Grow the ecosystem by selecting Business Partners to onboard, establishing growth action plans, and providing sales support.
  • Engage with prospects to position solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data.
  • Contribute to pipeline generation activities; speak at conferences and webinars as a subject matter expert.
  • Develop and maintain high-level relations with VP, CIO, and CEO levels.
  • Provide accurate monthly forecasting.

Requirements

  • Experience planning, executing, and managing complex AI solutions sales including working with multiple groups both internally and externally.
  • Experience of the Software & technology industries with skills in entrepreneurial environments selling new/innovative products.
  • Collaborative team-oriented approach to selling with exceptional communication and presentations skills; ability to develop relationships with C- or VP-level business users and influence tactical and strategic issues.
  • Inherent self-sufficiency, flexibility, and confidence with a preference for autonomy to take ownership and manage activities & processes to achieve revenue results.
  • Strong domain and vertical expertise in CX
  • Proven successful ability to sell AI, Enterprise software/business solutions
  • Quota carrying experience with proven results in overachieving against targets.
  • Intensive customer-facing engagement with external clients and collaboration with technical solution engineers, service specialists, product house and presales/industry consultants.
