About the role
- Close deals and build pipeline within or exceeding goals
- Assist and support sales partners in sales efforts
- Maintain product knowledge through continuous sales training
- Attend industry events to build relationships
- Understand customers’ processes, requirements, and challenges
Requirements
- Proven track record as an Account Executive selling software & winning new business
- Comfortable managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Deep understanding of the CCaaS market
- Experience in similar positions at other enterprise software companies or SI organizations
- Ability to work with little to no direct daily supervision in a home office setting
