About the role
- Deliver interactive training and coaching sessions focused on accounting processes and tools
- Support onboarding and upskilling of accountants and bookkeepers
- Assess learning needs and help design development plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training content with real business needs
- Provide coaching and feedback to individuals and teams to improve performance.
- Monitor learner progress, track completion, and provide post-training support.
- Reinforce knowledge retention through follow-up sessions, role plays, and knowledge checks.
- Ensure all training aligns with company objectives and departmental needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of professional experience in training, coaching, or enablement.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt training style to different learning preferences.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, LMS systems).
- Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate training effectiveness.
- 1–3 years of experience in NZ, AU, US, or UK accounting or bookkeeping
- Experience using Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- A genuine passion for learning and helping others grow
