Data Scientist

• Predictive Modeling & Advanced Analysis: Architect and own sophisticated models to solve our most critical commercial challenges, from mitigating client churn and activating clients to member onboarding and engagement.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify the root causes of business challenges and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Partner with department leaders to define, measure, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), building and maintaining advanced dashboards in Looker that provide actionable insights.
• Project Leadership & Delivery: Lead complex, cross-functional data projects from initial scoping and analysis through to final recommendations and implementation.
• Autonomously tackle ambiguous business problems, turning them into clear, data-driven project plans with a high degree of accuracy and quality.
• Strategic Partnership & Communication: Serve as a trusted data partner for our Commercial teams, building a deep understanding of their challenges and objectives.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives that influence senior-level decision-making.
• Advocate for data quality best practices, collaborating with stakeholders to improve data instrumentation and validation at the point of collection.
