About the role
- Responsible for driving lead generation and engagement with healthcare practitioners (HCPs) such as nutritionists, physicians, clinics, and wellness centers
- Identify, nurture, and qualify prospects to expand Niagen Bioscience product reach in clinical and wellness channels
- Deliver targeted outbound outreach, assist with educational campaigns, and schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team
- Operate cross-functionally with Business Development, Marketing, and Medical Affairs teams to contribute to revenue growth and practitioner onboarding
- Research and identify healthcare professionals, wellness clinics, functional medicine practices, and IV therapy centers within assigned territories
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns including cold calling, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and conference networking
- Qualify inbound leads from medical conferences, webinars, and healthcare-focused marketing campaigns
- Maintain a pipeline of 100+ active healthcare prospects with regular touchpoints and follow-up activities
- Conduct initial educational conversations about NAD+ science, clinical research, and product applications
- Schedule and facilitate product demonstration calls with healthcare providers and their staff
- Coordinate sample requests and clinical literature distribution to qualified prospects
- Support webinar attendance and continuing education initiatives for healthcare professionals
- Develop trusted relationships with medical office managers, practice administrators, and healthcare decision-makers
- Maintain detailed prospect profiles and track all interactions in Salesforce CRM with 95%+ accuracy
- Provide market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing trends, and healthcare industry developments
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or B2B prospecting preferably within healthcare verticals
- Strong understanding of consumer product operations, strategic decision-making, and unit economic analysis
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), sales engagement tools, and healthcare databases
- Knowledge of dietary supplements, functional medicine, or anti-aging/longevity sectors preferred
- Excellent phone presence and ability to engage healthcare professionals in meaningful conversations
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and qualification targets
- Scientific curiosity and ability to understand and communicate complex research concepts
- Professional demeanor suitable for healthcare environment interactions
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple prospect cycles simultaneously
- Resilience and persistence in prospecting activities with high rejection rates
