About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Organize and maintain documents and records in electronic filing systems
- Perform basic legal research on relevant laws, regulations and legal articles
- Draft, edit, proofread, and provide support functions in connection with legal documents
- Assist with the management of litigation including coordinating document production
- Support communications efforts of legal department
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum bachelor’s degree / Paralegal Certificate
- 5 years of business/office experience including prior legal experience
- Strong computer skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
- Familiarity with mobile Apple devices
