Collaborate with the Principal Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for enterprise systems initiatives.
Translate those needs into practical system-based solutions that align with platform capabilities.
Partner with stakeholders across the organization and with external vendors.
Develop clear and testable user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
Plan and prep for user acceptance testing, supporting users during testing.
Experience working within Scrum-based software development teams.
Support configuration, testing, and deployment activities for system updates and enhancements.
Assist in data analysis, mapping, and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency across integrated platforms.
Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and knowledge bases to support adoption.

Requirements

3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role supporting enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, or marketing automation).
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with platforms such as NetSuite, HubSpot, or similar enterprise systems.
Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
Experience documenting requirements, workflows, and test cases in Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
