Lead components of the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting cycles
Analyze financial performance, trends, and variances against plan, prior periods, and benchmarks
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions
Prepare executive-level financial reports, dashboards, and presentations
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis (for both revenue and expenses)
Monitor key performance indicators and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and performance recommendations
Establish and improve financial processes, controls, and reporting standards
Support capital planning, scenario analysis, and long-range financial planning
Assist with special projects, business cases, and ad hoc analysis as needed

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
4–7+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
Prior experience managing or leading a team preferred
Strong financial modeling and forecasting experience
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
Experience working with ERP and planning tools (NetSuite, Oracle, NSPB)
