About the role

  • Document and map current business processes, workflows, and systems using various tools (e.g., flowcharts, process maps).
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, HR, IT, and others to ensure alignment on process improvement initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying ongoing opportunities for process enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with Six Sigma, Lean methodologies, or similar process improvement frameworks.
  • Knowledge of business operations, systems, and workflows across various departments.
  • Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, BPMN) is highly desirable.
