About the role
- Service Executive Life Solutions products with assigned employer accounts
- Administer all aspects including enrollment, billing, and transactional changes
- Interact with employer plan sponsors via email and phone
- Manage client payment of premiums and resolve inquiries
Requirements
- B.S. in Business or similar preferred
- HS Diploma or equivalent is required
- At least 3-5 years of experience in servicing corporate clients face-to-face, on the phone, and via email
- Knowledge of executive life insurance products preferred
- Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with MS Office Suite including Outlook and Teams
