About the role
- Responsible for working with Consultants to service client accounts
- Manage the renewal process from start to finish
- Lead open enrollment presentations
- Take an active role in client relationship building
- Own the delivery and execution of all client deliverables
- Lead the implementation of new business and open enrollment processes
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless service delivery and address issues
- Review benefit plan summaries and carrier source documents for accuracy and compliance
- Manage the renewal and marketing process from start to finish
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in benefits account management or a related field
- Preferably a bachelor's degree
- Life & Health Insurance License
- Strong understanding of benefits administration, industry trends, and carrier products and services
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
