About the role

  • Responsible for working with Consultants to service client accounts
  • Manage the renewal process from start to finish
  • Lead open enrollment presentations
  • Take an active role in client relationship building
  • Own the delivery and execution of all client deliverables
  • Lead the implementation of new business and open enrollment processes
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless service delivery and address issues
  • Review benefit plan summaries and carrier source documents for accuracy and compliance
  • Manage the renewal and marketing process from start to finish

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in benefits account management or a related field
  • Preferably a bachelor's degree
  • Life & Health Insurance License
  • Strong understanding of benefits administration, industry trends, and carrier products and services
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
