- Selling Medicare Supplement/MAPD/Rx/Dental/Vision/Cancer plans
- Following up on weekly basis for Medicare policies
- Using department knowledge to assist clients and brokers
- Learning and conducting client video calls
- Maintaining records and timely responses to inquiries
Requirements
- Selling Medicare Supplement/MAPD/Rx/Dental/Vision/Cancer plans to clients
- Following up on clients that need Medicare policies
- Help brokers/clients with questions regarding Medicare
- Conduct video calls with clients and seminars
- Utilize carrier portals for e-applications, quoting, plan details, etc.
- Maintain a positive, friendly, helpful and cooperative attitude
- Maintain all required testing and licenses.
