About the role
- Advise and deliver personal insurance products tailored to client needs
- Generate new business opportunities and drive sales within personal lines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for satisfaction and retention
- Conduct assessments of client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
- Coordinate with underwriters and ensure seamless client service
Requirements
- More than 3 years of directly related industry sales and service experience
- Active property and casualty license is required
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and risk management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
