About the role
- Responsible for working with Advisors/Client Executives and Account Executives to place new business and service some client accounts
- Support day-to-day account management for a specific set of clients
- Prepare materials for presentations and communications
- Maintain relationships with clients and carrier contacts
- Manage the renewal and marketing process from start to finish
- Communicates directly with clients and carriers in collaboration with Account Executives and Advisors
- Create and maintain client files in accordance with office procedures
Requirements
- 3 years of Personal Lines service and sales experience
- Florida market experience highly preferred
- P&C License upon hire
- Spanish bilingual preferred
- Experience working with personal lines insurance carriers required
- Experience with EPIC preferred or similar client management system required
- Excellent written communication skills
- Knowledge of all areas of Personal Insurance/Personal Risk coverage required
- Ability to maintain a private workspace when working from home
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
