About the role
- Service client accounts and manage the renewal and marketing process
- Prepare materials for presentations and communications
- Develop relationships with clients and carrier contacts
- Maintain client files and manage policy records
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred
- HS Diploma or GED is required
- More than 2 years of Personal Lines industry experience
- Extensive High Net Worth Account/Client Management experience
- Experience with an agency management system/CRM
- P&C Account/Client Management experience
